How are fragile items packaged for shipping?
We take extreme care in securing our ceramics and glass. Each item is double-boxed with custom-molded recycled foam and reinforced cardboard to ensure your order arrives in pristine condition.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most unused and unopened products. If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery for a full replacement or refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand our logistics network to offer global shipping in the near future.
Are your lighters and ashtrays covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Houseplant hardware and home goods are covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover standard wear and tear or accidental damage.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within 60 minutes of the order being placed.
